Creating a sales staff handbook for Perfect Portal was an exciting challenge to design a resource that was both practical and visually engaging. The goal was to provide the sales team with a clear, user-friendly guide that reinforced brand values while equipping them with the tools to excel. I designed the handbook with a clean, professional layout, using Perfect Portal’s brand colours, typography, and visuals to ensure consistency. Key information was organised into digestible sections, enhanced with icons, infographics, and callouts to improve readability and retention.

The final handbook wasn’t just a reference tool — it became a polished, on-brand resource that empowered the sales team, aligned messaging across the organisation, and strengthened the connection between internal teams and the company’s vision.
