
Designing the Ezi Returns Label Portal was an exciting challenge that pushed me to think creatively and deliver a solution that truly prioritised user experience. The goal was to transform a previously cumbersome process into something smooth, intuitive, and efficient for both customers and internal teams. I carefully mapped out user journeys, simplifying each step to make it easy for users to generate and manage return labels with minimal effort. Clear navigation, thoughtful design choices, and streamlined functionality ensured the portal was user-friendly from the first click. Every aspect was crafted to guide users seamlessly through the process, reducing frustration and improving satisfaction.
The finished portal not only empowered users with greater control and transparency but also enhanced operational efficiency for Ezi Returns. This project reinforced my belief in the power of great design to solve complex problems and improve the overall customer experience.
