Redesigning the Ezi Returns website was a challenge I embraced with determination and creativity. The project came with a couple of interesting constraints — the director's decision to keep the site on Zoho Sites (a platform I’d never used before) and a deadline of 1 month. Rather than seeing this as a setback, I took it as an opportunity to learn something new. Diving headfirst into Zoho Sites, I quickly got to grips with its features and limitations, finding clever ways to bring my design ideas to life.I reimagined the site’s layout, improved navigation, and crafted a cleaner, more engaging presentation of Ezi Returns’ services. Despite the platform’s constraints, I introduced thoughtful design improvements that made the site both visually appealing and easy to use. This project not only showcased my ability to adapt and problem-solve but also highlighted my passion for creating designs that put users first — even when working with new tools. The result? A fresh, modern site that helps Ezi Returns better connect with its customers and communicate their value, highlighting their ability to tender to smaller businesses too.
